The resources help commissioners and health practitioners to make \u2018reasonable adjustments\u2019 to the care they provide to people with diabetes breaking down barriers for people with a learning disability.<\/p>\n

\nThis report <\/a>reveals that 43 per cent of NHS staff rely on consumer instant messaging at work.
