\nPublic Health England has launched England\u2019s first NHS campaign to improve mental health literacy.\u00a0 Every Mind Matters<\/a> is designed to help people take simple steps to look after their mental health, improve their mental wellbeing and support others.\u00a0 The new platform will enable people to create a personalised action plan recommending a set of self-care actions to deal with stress, boost mood, improve sleep and feel in control.\u00a0 A film to promote Every Mind Matters showing how we can all look after our mental health will be aired at around 8:45pm tonight (7 October 2019) across ITV, Channel 4 and Sky channels.<\/p>\n

\nNHS RightCare has updated the \u2018Where to look\u2019 packs<\/a> with 2017\/18 data.\u00a0 The packs cover the main NHS programme budgeting categories including cardiovascular disease, respiratory, mental health and cancer and are personalised for each CCG and Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP).\u00a0 New pathways include those for heart failure, influenza and groin hernia.<\/p>\n
