It explores the practical actions that can make a difference and drive positive change.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Supporting employees experiencing domestic abuse<\/strong><br \/>\nNHS Employers is highlighting resources which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhsemployers.org\/news\/2019\/11\/supporting-domestic-abuse-in-the-workplace\">encourage organisations to support employees experiencing domestic abuse<\/a> as part of the 16 days of Action Against Domestic Violence campaign.\u00a0 The resources include a blog which discusses the importance of supporting employees who are experiencing abuse,
