\nThis case study<\/a> sets out how how North Bristol NHS Trust (NBT) Trust improved performance across the board and saved hundreds of thousands of pounds by prioritising and enhancing staff health and wellbeing. The trust launched a new staff wellbeing programme in January 2018, which was shaped by staff feedback from a series of surveys and staff listening events. Two themes emerged: workload and staff health and wellbeing. NBT created comprehensive plans to address both issues simultaneously.<\/p>\n
