This analysis, by IPPO, The University of East Anglia and RAND Europe, estimates the cost of poor mental health and wellbeing to the NHS might amount to \u00a312.1 billion per year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NHS Providers: new hospital programme survey &#8211; NHS Providers<\/strong><br \/>\nTo understand trusts&#8217; experience and progress to date, NHS Providers carried out a <a href=\"https:\/\/nhsproviders.org\/media\/693850\/nhs-providers-nhp-briefing-july-2022.pdf\">survey of trusts currently included within the new hospital programme<\/a> covering questions around funding, delays and the value of the programme. Nearly two in three leaders who responded said delays to the programme affected their ability to deliver safe and effective patient care, with all those facing delays reporting cost implications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The future of clinical research delivery: 2022 to 2025 implementation plan &#8211; Department of Health and Social Care<\/strong><br \/>\nThis <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/the-future-of-uk-clinical-research-delivery-2022-to-2025-implementation-plan\/the-future-of-clinical-research-delivery-2022-to-2025-implementation-plan\">implementation plan<\/a> sets out the steps which will be taken during 2022 to 2025 to achieve a vision for the future of clinical research delivery. It sets out the approach to the recovery of the UK\u2019s capacity to deliver research through DHSC and NHS England\u2019s Research Reset programme. It also outlines the progress made during 2021 and 2022.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social Partnership Forum: partnership agreement &#8211; Department of Health and Social Care<\/strong><br \/>\nThis <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/social-partnership-forum-partnership-agreement-2022\/social-partnership-forum-partnership-agreement\">agreement<\/a> sets out the Social Partnership Forum&#8217;s shared values, aims and principles for effective joint working on policy impacting the healthcare workforce. It sets out the framework agreed by the Department of Health and Social Care, NHS Employers, NHS trade unions, NHS England and Health Education England.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do NHS leaders want from the health disparities White Paper? NHS Confed<\/strong><br \/>\nAhead of the publication of the health disparities White Paper, NHS Confederation members have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhsconfed.org\/publications\/health-disparities-white-paper\">identified four priorities<\/a> they hope it will reflect. These priorities are: health equity in all policies, incentivise prevention, inclusive innovation, integration and access, and action on the cost-of-living crisis for communities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New Fit Note elearning is available &#8211; eLearning for Health\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nelearning programme has been developed in response to changes in regulations which specify who can issue a fit note &amp; how it must be done.
