The report notes the dedication of patient experience teams, but says the sheer volume of corporate data and other pressures on them are limiting their ability to put the information to work.<\/span><\/p>\n

Staff survey comparison tool
\n<\/strong>NHS Employers has published The Staff Survey Comparison Tool<\/a> which allows NHS organisations to use data from the staff survey and national patient survey to assess their relative scores on key issues against other NHS organisations and areas.\u00a0 It compares scores across a range of indicators and should complement information from the staff survey provider and data provided on the NHS Staff Survey website.<\/p>\n
