Better Knowledge, Better Care<\/strong>
\nThe Library & Knowledge Service is developing a report for publication that will look at the use of knowledge and learning within the Trust and the benefits it can offer to staff and patients. Our aim is to learn from real-life examples, spreading best practice and uncovering advocates for knowledge and learning across the Trust.<\/p>\n

We are looking for individuals\/teams who are committed to underpinning their work using the latest evidence and supporting their projects and programmes with knowledge and learning.<\/p>\n

Which CCGs are paying GP practices to form federations \u2013 Health Service Journal\u00a0<\/strong>
\nA third of clinical commissioning groups with control of their primary care budgets plan to fund member GP practices to get them to form federations<\/a>. \u00a0HSJ asked all 63 CCGs that have taken delegated responsibility for general practice in 2015-16 whether they had in place, or plan to introduce, measures to incentivise or facilitate GP practices forming federations.\u00a0Encouraging practices to scale up is a priority for NHS England under the new models of care programme.\u00a0Among the 59 groups that responded, 21 said they did have plans, while 23 said they did not. In 15 CCG areas, all or a significant majority of practices were already federated<\/p>\n
