The tool \u2013 called <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fabnhsstuff.net\/2016\/02\/21\/using-computer-simulation-test-impact-commissioning-decisions\/\" target=\"_blank\">the Commissioning Simulation Model<\/a> \u2013 has been launched by NHS England\u2019s Long Term Conditions Year of Care Commissioning Programme, together with Simul8 Corporation, following testing with care economies around the country.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Free app to support Culture Change &amp; Workforce Transformation &#8211; the NHS Academy of Fabulous NHS Stuff<\/strong><br \/>\nDo OD is the expert resource on Organisational Development for the NHS, delivered by NHS Employers in partnership with the NHS Leadership Academy. The NHS OD community came together to create a new tool to support Culture Change in organisations. To maximise access, we turned the tool into a free app for smartphones and tablets. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nhsemployers.org\/DoODapp\" target=\"_blank\">The app <\/a>now contains two tools:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1) The OD Culture Change Tool<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This tool aims to help you on your culture change journey. It will prompt thinking and action and provides support and advice on culture change. The tool asks key questions to help you to think about what you might need to do to change culture. It will help you identify areas of strengths and areas of development. It offers pointers and practice resources which provide help and advice on culture change. At the end of each section you will be given a visual representation of your responses as well as an invitation to share any thoughts that the app has sparked for you.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2) Space To Think<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Space To Think cards have been created to support you to make workforce changes to deliver better quality care for patients. We\u2019ve put together these cards for you to use as a digital toolkit to explore your ideas. You can use them to think about how to make change happen.
