\n<\/strong>NHS England has published Leading change, adding value: a framework for nursing, midwifery and care staff<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0 The framework is aligned to the Five Year Forward View and highlights the need to focus on unwarranted variation, variations in health and care outcomes, patients\u2019 experience and use of resources that cannot be justified by reasons of geography, demography, or infrastructure.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>NHS England and the Local Government Association has published Integrated\u00a0 personal commissioning: emerging framework<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0 This document is for commissioners in both CCGs and local authorities, their delivery partners in education and the VCSE sector, and for local authority and NHS-funded care providers.\u00a0 The framework sets out the future model of care for patients and families with the most complex needs.<\/p>\n
