The focus packs are on Cancer and Tumours; Mental Health and Dementia; Maternity and Early Years; and Musculoskeletal, Trauma and Injuries. The information contained in each pack is designed to support local discussions and inform a more in-depth analysis around common conditions and pathways.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Struggling CCG spent \u00a3500,000 on two interims last year &#8211; Health Service Journal<\/strong><br \/>\nA clinical commissioning group which is under directions from NHS England spent \u00a3500,000 on two \u201coff payroll\u201d interim executives last year.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Supplying the demand for doctors: the need to end the rationing of medical training places &#8211;\u00a0 Civitas<\/strong><br \/>\nThis <a href=\"http:\/\/civitas.org.uk\/content\/files\/Supplyingthedemandfordoctors.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">report <\/a>proposes that instead of Health Education England (HEE) making upfront payments for the training of its medics, medical students should be required to take out a loan from the Student Loans Company to cover the total cost of their training. It argues that the eradication of upfront payments by the NHS would mean the current cap on the number of doctors training each year could be lifted and the UK could train the number of doctors it needs. In addition to this, such a training loan would be repaid on behalf of each medic by the NHS through HEE on condition that doctors work for the NHS after graduating. If graduates leave the country to work abroad or transfer from the NHS into the private sector they would become liable for the repayment of these loans.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>NHS workforce race equality standard: 2015 data analysis report for NHS trusts &#8211;\u00a0 NHS England<\/strong><br \/>\nThis <a href=\"https:\/\/www.england.nhs.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/WRES-Data-Analysis-Report.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">report <\/a>shows results of the experiences of BME and white staff from the staff survey 2015 at every NHS trust across England. It looked at four indicators across acute trusts, ambulance trusts, community provider trusts, and mental health and learning disability trusts.
