The report provides a thematic overview of the issues that should be taken into account when determining a safe caseload including: skill mix, capacity of other health and care services, use of technology and housing.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Private healthcare remittal: summary of final report &#8211;\u00a0Competition and Markets Authority (CMA)<\/strong><br \/>\nIn April 2012, the CMA started a market investigation in private health care and <a href=\"https:\/\/assets.publishing.service.gov.uk\/media\/57cd6b4aed915d6c2f00001e\/summary-of-remittal-final-report.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">the final report<\/a> of the investigation concluded that certain features of the markets for privately-funded health services were leading to adverse effects on competition.
