This guide outlines actions to be taken by the general public, emergency services, and hospital services to improve the survival rate of people suffering cardiac arrest.\u00a0 These include improving public awareness of how to perform CPR, establishing an effective pathway of care and a commitment to research to improve understanding of resuscitation.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>B<\/strong><strong>riefing Note: Issues Highlighted By The 2016 NHS Staff Survey In England \u2013 Picker Institute Europe<\/strong><br \/>\nThis year\u2019s NHS staff survey has found that overall staff engagement has reached a peak, indicating that staff felt that they have opportunities to show initiative and contribute to improvements at work. The proportion of staff reporting witnessing errors and adverse incidents is the lowest it has been since 2012.
