This is because NICE has published a quality standard for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nice.org.uk\/guidance\/qs144\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-original-url=\"http:\/\/www.nice.org.uk\/guidance\/qs144\">care of dying adults in the last days of life<\/a>, which covers this topic in detail and replaces this statement.\u00a0Some information and links have been updated or removed because resources have moved or are no longer available, for example, the National End of Life Care Programme\u2019s End of life care quality assessment tool has been withdrawn.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Interventions for prevention of bullying in the workplace &#8211; Cochrane Library<\/strong><br \/>\nBullying has been identified as <a href=\"http:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/10.1002\/14651858.CD009778.pub2\/abstract\" target=\"_blank\">one of the leading workplace stressors<\/a>, with adverse consequences for the individual employee, groups of employees, and whole organisations. Employees who have been bullied have lower levels of job satisfaction, higher levels of anxiety and depression, and are more likely to leave their place of work. Organisations face increased risk of skill depletion and absenteeism, leading to loss of profit, potential legal fees, and tribunal cases. It is unclear to what extent these risks can be addressed through interventions to prevent bullying. To explore the effectiveness of workplace interventions to prevent bullying in the workplace.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">Mission impossible?
