NHS Employers has been working with three NHS trusts on some new case studies<\/a> around staff engagement.<\/p>\n

Future organisational models for the NHS:\u00a0Perspectives for the Dalton review \u00a0– The King’s Fund<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ahead of the Dalton review, which is examining ways to encourage the best providers to support those that are struggling, our paper with the Foundation Trust Network <\/a>explores some of the organisational models that providers could use to meet their current strategic and financial challenges.<\/p>\n

Healthy Lives, Healthy People: A Public Health Workforce Strategy\u00a0–\u00a0HM Government<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is an updated version of the report <\/a>saying what we have done over the last year and what the next steps are for each of the 14 commitments set out in the 2013 strategy.\u00a0The strategy sets out actions for various partners in the new public health system to support and develop the public health workforce. It will help embed public health capacity within the wider workforce to support delivery of the public health outcomes framework.\u00a0The commitments will be delivered by a range of organisations including Public Health England, the Department of Health, Health Education England and local authorities. The strategy will be reviewed in 2015.<\/p>\n
