The bibliometric analysis and identification of publication hotspots provides researchers and practitioners with core target journals, as well as an overview of the field for further research in integrated care.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>All together now: Making integration happen \u2013 NHS Confederation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sets out <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nhsconfed.org\/~\/media\/Confederation\/Files\/Publications\/Documents\/All_together_now_July2014.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">the case for change<\/a>, our shared vision for integration and the action Government needs to take to make real and sustainable progress.
