One of the ten was <a href=\"https:\/\/redroserecovery.org.uk\/\">Red Rose Recovery<\/a>, based in Preston and across East Lancashire, which runs recovery systems and creates opportunities for people affected by substance misuse, mental health and offending behaviours.
