NHS England published <a href=\"https:\/\/wteknowledgeandlibraryservices.cmail19.com\/t\/d-l-skjyuly-ddmhtuiji-q\/\">essential guidance<\/a> to support reduction in suicide, a government commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The guidance, aimed at all mental health practitioners in England, sets out that a focus on suicide \u201crisk prediction\u201d is flawed, and that this guidance\u2019s alterative approach based on formulation and safety management will save lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This webinar will take you briefly through the guidance [<a href=\"https:\/\/wteknowledgeandlibraryservices.cmail19.com\/t\/d-l-skjyuly-ddmhtuiji-a\/\">Staying safe from suicide: Best practice guidance for safety assessment, formulation and management<\/a>] and importantly will support you in implementing it in your own organisation and work.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The webinar is free to attend and is open to NHS, private and charity sectors, as the guidance applies to all.&nbsp; \u2018Staying Safe from Suicide\u2019 is based on the latest research and was written in conjunction with people with lived experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you attend you will hear from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>front line practitioners who have already embedded this guidance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>people with lived experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>colleagues who are developing our Staying Safe from Suicide E-Learning training tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No registration is required.
